From service to composition

Austrian sommelier Timo Weisheidinger, of Restaurant Lukas, translates his gastronomic flair into glassware: handcrafted drinks with soul. For him, every drink carries emotion – this attitude led to the founding of Timo & Co.

Small batches, real ingredients

The Sparkling Teas are produced in small batches from select teas, fruits, and herbs – some of which are gathered in Upper Austria. After tea extraction and blending, the compositions are given a gentle, stable carbonation. This results in a clear texture, distinctive bubbles, and a line with its own unique signature.

Atelier & Custom Work

In addition to his own collection, Timo develops bespoke beverages for restaurants and companies. Some creations subsequently find their way into the standard range – such as the Sparkling Tea Oolong, which made its first appearance as part of the beverage pairing at the Amador restaurant.
