Three Spirit was founded in London in 2018 by Tatiana Mercer, Meeta Gournay, and Dash Lilley. Their idea: a third way of approaching drinks – not focusing on what's missing, but on what can be created. The name Three Spirit reflects this "Third Way" and the founders themselves: a brand that combines botanical knowledge, laboratory practice, and recipe expertise.

From plants to compositions

The production process follows the principles of Botanical Alchemy: traditional botany meets modern extraction techniques. Depending on the ingredient, maceration, fermentation, distillation, reverse osmosis, freeze-drying, and ultrasonic extraction are employed. This results in concentrated plant extracts that are then combined into complex formulations. Examples of individual ingredients include Damiana, Lion's Mane, and Yerba Mate – carefully curated to provide texture and aroma.
