Reckendorfer Winery

Non-alcoholic wine from the Reckendorfer winery begins in their own vineyards around Ollersdorf an der March. Matthias Reckendorfer manages the family winery in the southeastern Weinviertel organically. The grape variety, vintage, and origin should remain recognizable in the glass even after dealcoholization.

The Riesling Arioso and the sparkling Blanc de Blancs are initially vinified like classic wines. Only afterwards is the alcohol removed. This keeps the technology in the background and the wine at the center: a straightforward Riesling for the table and a Blanc de Blancs with Burgundian character for aperitifs and special moments.
