ALTER – GERANIUM combines the bright tension of unripe grapes with pear and apple. Distillates of lemon geranium, rosemary, and French oak give this pétillant its unmistakable contours: citrus zest, Mediterranean herbs, a hint of lychee, and a fine, nutty warmth in the finish. The perlage keeps everything in motion, while the tannins remain subtle.

PRODUCTION

Geranium is created from individually distilled botanicals: lemon geranium, rosemary, and French oak. These meet the bright fruit notes of unripe grapes, pear, and apple; fine perlage gives the cuvée tension and verve.

At its heart is the lemon geranium – citrusy, green, clear. Rosemary adds a Mediterranean spice, and the oak provides a warm, calm framework. The result is a precise composition with freshness, herbs, and a delicate, lingering structure.
