HOW TO GET INTO NO/LOW MIXING 21/05/2026
After several years as bar manager at Bar Rouine in Basel, Patrick O'Donoghue is back in his hometown. As soon as he arrived, we immediately arranged an appointment to finally offer an introduction to No/Low mixing.
This tasting / workshop on May 21, 2026 is aimed at anyone who wants to learn the basics of non-alcoholic mixing. What tools are needed, how are they used - and how do you build a harmonious drink? Using five recipes, we will demonstrate techniques, balance, and the principles that make good mixing (and why we don't talk about mocktails).
