L'ANTIDOTE was arguably one of the drinks that paved the way for today's no/low movement. Gamay grape juice forms the base of the beverage, which comes from the Domaine des Grottes winery located in the southernmost part of Beaujolais, France. This biodynamic winery is deeply committed to biodiversity on the estate, cultivating a variety of herbs among the vines – such as rosemary and thyme. The drink is further enhanced with carbonation, apple juice, and a touch of ginger. The drink's popularity was boosted by establishments like the Noble Rot wine bars in London, which have offered L'ANTIDOTE as a non-alcoholic option since its inception.

PRODUCTION

A fruit juice blend of Gamay and apple, sometimes with ginger, lemon, and berries, meets herbal infusions of thyme, oregano, rosemary, yarrow, mugwort, verbena, basil, chamomile, bay leaf, and mallow. The individual infusions are prepared separately, then blended and gently carbonated.
