Their base consists of selected teas, herbs, and botanical elements, composed according to structure, texture, and origin. Infused with pure spring water, the leaves, blossoms, and spices unfold effortlessly – clear, precise, and multifaceted.

The heart of this method lies in the fermentation process: a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts transforms sugar into carbon dioxide and subtle acids, reduces sweetness, and creates complexity. Afterwards, the tea rests – often for months, sometimes years – in the bottle to develop depth, tension, and harmony.

The first time I tasted Gut Feeling, in Stephanie and Edward's presence, I told them that the drink felt incredibly good. Not as a cure-all, but on a deeper level. Gut Feeling makes you happy, strengthens your core. It playfully transforms on the palate – acidity, sweetness, gentle bitter notes (from the wormwood), herbality, and a finely silky-creamy texture. And the carbonation adds a touch of lightness.

For Gut Feeling, herbs and wild plants are harvested that grow in and around the vineyards of Gut Oggau. These are used to create botanical extracts that form the base of the cuvée. This mixture is then fermented with natural microorganisms and bottled unfiltered – without any additives. The result is a beverage with a gentle effervescence, clear botanical structure, and vibrant character.
