Fruit blends are composed juice-based drinks – clearly structured, precisely balanced, and characterized by freshness and structure. Unlike fermented proxies, their complexity arises not from microbial processes, but from the art of blending.

At the heart of our wines are high-quality fruit juices, sourced exclusively from artisanal producers. These juices provide primary aromas – grape, citrus, or apple – and form the backbone of the composition. They are complemented by extracts of wood, herbs, or blossoms, and sometimes by subtle acidity enhancers or tinctures. This creates depth, complexity, and a long finish, without fermentation taking center stage.

Their structure can be still or finely sparkling, their mood ranges from aperitif to digestif.
