Alcohol-free spirits, as we understand them, are not diluted distillates or products that have been dealcoholized after the fact. They are created through craftsmanship, not by removing or simply replacing ingredients.

Their depth comes from maceration, distillation, and – depending on the recipe – also fermentation. Botanicals, woods, and spices are extracted, distilled, or smoked in several steps until structure and tension are present in the glass: bitterness, acidity, warmth, and length.

This is how spirits with character are created – crafted from herbs, fruits, and wood, not from alcohol. Sometimes earthy and dark, sometimes fresh and citrusy, sometimes dry and spicy. Designed for lasting rituals – and drinks that make a statement.

OUR PERSPECTIVE

"The mood maker" - With its deep red color and brownish highlights, you'd expect something juicy and berry-like. However, the nose surprises with rooty, spicy aromas, aronia berries and rosehips, summer haylofts, and a hint of dried fruit. Damiana, or saffron mallow, is once again a unique plant in this drink, one you've probably rarely encountered before. It's complemented by spicy, smoky mate tea, which also contributes to its energizing effect. The extract of the lion's mane mushroom enhances cognitive abilities, so SOCIAL helps you be more alert to those around you. On the palate, it's almost like a really good digestif, enhanced by cocoa. It's fantastic with a good ginger ale in a highball glass.

10 cl Aqua Monaco Ginger Beer
1 cl lime juice

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in 10 cl of ice-cold ginger beer. Add 1 cl of lime juice directly to the ginger beer.
Pour 4 cl of Three Spirits Social Elixir very cold and slowly over the back of the spoon against the inside wall of the glass so that it "floats" on top.

PRODUCTION

Several herbal and mushroom infusions – including Lion's Mane (Lion's Mane), cacao, damiana, and green tea – are infused and extracted separately, then blended in layers. This creates a darker, herbaceous and spicy composition with cacao depth and fine tea tannins.
