The Fizz Blanc from Weingut Bründlmayer is a non-alcoholic organic aperitif made from grape juice and verjus from their own vineyards in the Kamptal region. The natural carbonation recovered at the winery gives it a fine perlage – festive for toasts and equally harmonious with light appetizers, vegetables, and fresh herbs.

Fruit cuvées are composed, juice-based beverages—clearly structured, precisely balanced, and defined by freshness and architecture. Unlike fermented proxies, their complexity arises not from microbial processes, but from the art of blending.

At their core are high-quality fruit juices, sourced exclusively from artisanal producers. These juices provide primary aromas—grape, citrus, or apple—and form the backbone of the composition. They are complemented by extracts of wood, herbs, or blossoms, and occasionally by fine acidifiers or tinct ures. This creates depth, tension, and length, without the focus being on fermentation.

Their structure can be still or gently sparkling, and their character ranges from aperitif to digestif.

PRODUCTION

The grapes are harvested slightly under-ripe to ensure a distinct acidity and lower sugar content in the glass. Through infusions, macerations, and extracts, as well as the addition of fruit juices, the beverages are composed into a harmonious whole and subsequently carbonated with our own carbon dioxide.
