The Fizz Rosé from Weingut Bründlmayer brings the signature of the Kamptal vineyards into a non-alcoholic, sparkling form without the need for dealcoholization. Organic verjus and grape juice, combined with natural carbonation recovered at the winery, make it a festive aperitif and a versatile companion at the table.

Fruit cuvées are juice-based beverages—clearly structured, precisely balanced, and driven by freshness and composition. Unlike fermented proxies, their complexity arises not from microbial processes, but from the art of blending.

At their core are high-quality fruit juices, which we source exclusively from artisanal producers. These juices provide primary aromas—grape, citrus, or apple—and form the backbone of the composition. They are complemented by extracts of wood, herbs, or blossoms, and sometimes by refined acidifiers or tinctures. This creates depth, tension, and length, without fermentation taking center stage.

A red-berry and red-grape experience perfect for gathering around the table, for a toast, or as an ideal treat to wind down after a long day. Fine acidity from unripe grapes, aronia, and hibiscus meets subtle quince, which brings a yellow-fruit moment to an otherwise very straightforward rosé.

PRODUCTION

The grapes are harvested while slightly unripe to convey a crisp acidity and lower sugar content into the glass. Through infusions, macerations, and extracts, as well as the addition of fruit juices, the drinks are composed into a harmonious whole and subsequently carbonated with in-house carbon dioxide.
